Chef Geronimo Lopez is a highly skilled and experienced chef with a passion for providing exceptional culinary experiences. With a degree from Le Cordon Bleu and over 18 years of experience as an Executive Chef, Geronimo has honed his expertise in entertainment, banquet, weddings, and special events.

Throughout his career, Chef Geronimo has worked in various culinary positions, including Sous Chef, within organizations dedicated to ending hunger, poverty, and homelessness in the community. He has successfully managed meal distribution for a homeless service agency, a regional medical hospital, and the entertainment industry.

Notably, Chef Geronimo played a pivotal role in the exponential growth of the food services department at Hope the Mission during the COVID pandemic. In his 7.5 years at HTM Chef Geronimo spearheaded the development and refinement of the department, enabling the preparation of over 5,000 meals per day across seventeen different sites. Upon his recent departure from Hope The Mission he was responsible for overseeing 1.7 million meals a year, and with his amazing kitchen team producing in house out of his Pacoima Kitchen about 1.2 million meals a year. Chef Geronimo was responsible for distributing thousands of pounds of food a year within the local community and local families. Chef’s Geronimo's collaboration with the program development department also extended the reach of meals over the county of Los Angeles.
